Ismael, is raising funds to travel to the United States. He travels to the deepest corners of the region, meeting a colorful cast of characters and discovering the stories and legends of his ancestors alongside best friend Luz, who has returned after living for eight years in another country. The situations he encounters, will force Ismael to confront his destiny once and for all.

Teresa couldn’t have chosen a worse time to return to Puerto Rico, after seven years, to share with her very conservative family the news that she plans to marry fellow astronomer Daniela. She delays the news and even lies about it; Daniela’s decision to travel to the island and force Teresa’s hand will reveal the many secrets the family has been keeping from each other.
