Join the UIC Latino Cultural Center, the Union for Puerto Rican Students (UPRS) and Mexican Students de Aztlán (MeSA) for an interactive discussion with Movement for Justice in El Barrio and their work against gentrification in East Harlem and beyond. A short film will be shown.
About Movement for Justice in El Barrio: Movement for Justice in El Barrio is a grassroots, immigrant-led community organization that fights for dignity and against displacement in New York City’s historic East Harlem (El Barrio).
