The Latino Cultural Center (LCC) offers opportunities for diverse UIC students and Latina/o student organization leaders. Student workers focus on a particular project, help with public programs, and general office duties.
LCC Interns – Are you interested in arts and culture as tools for social and environmental justice? Intern projects include: Engaging with social media and digital marketing, maintaining LCC visitors database, and facilitating tours of the LCC mural. This is an unpaid internship with a possibility to transition as a student worker after completing a semester in good standing.
Graphic Design Student Employee – Design the LCC’s visuals, including posters and any advertising/promotional material for our public programs. Candidates will be expected to show a design portfolio and be proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite. Federal Work Study eligible students preferred.

The LCC also oversees the UIC Heritage Garden Internship Program. Applications should be available February 2018 for the Summer 2018 program.
