Monarch Takes Flight
Following our screening of “No Le Digas a Nadie” the UIC Heritage Gardeners released one of the monarch butterflies that had hatched the night before. The butterfly habitat is located in front of our Center, come visit and check it out for yourself! Monarch butterflies are not only beautiful creatures but vital pollinators of our food.
