  • What methods and strategies do you use to reclaim your voice?
  • How can our collective struggles change our society?

Rowida Zaatar is a Palestinian-American and sophomore at UIC. Rowida  advocates for women’s rights in Palestine through the power of poetry, and uses her identity as a Palestinian Muslim woman to empower others and challenge stereotypes.
