In what ways have you reimagined femininity?

What are some ways you feel empower as a woman?

Mujeres de mazapan con corazones de canela y labios de miel

Femininity used to synonymous w/ destroying MEN or being anti-male. But I know now that men are actually extremely influential in this fight for equality

All types of women empower me but especially when they live positively & full of love for those around them

My lipstick is no longer for the boy next to me in class but to reflect the blood I can draw with only my words.

Being able to express myself

Breaking the gender norms

By recognizing privilege and turning it away, so that this patriarchal society does not stop me from living the women in my life

Men can my boo you know?

Being edgy, not normie

And no matter how badly I may be, I am not alone; there is comfort in knowing Mother Earth is a woman that cares for all.

Being fem gives me life

Feminine is beautiful. Womyn are beautiful, and strong. The fact that my boyfriend does not questions my choices as he acknowledges that I am not weak without him but instead we can life each other up

I feel empowered seeing others women stand up for those of us who are afraid to.
I feel empowered when I make my own choices despite others opinions

I feel empowered when I am able to lead others to Jesus through my femininity because as a woman I can do what men can’t. I am unique.

Reclaiming words that have been used as insults

Knowing that POC women are responsible for everything on Earth

I feel empowered when I make decisions about my body, if I shave or not, if I take nudes or not. If I have sex for love or for pleasure, my body fully and without question makes me feel like a full fucking woman
I’m am also Mexican, I feel during this time, especially we must write more than ever
