A couple face a difficult choice when they find out that they are going to be parents: to raise their newborn in Ecuador’s capital Quito or in their native village. José returns to the northern Ecuadorian town of Otavalo to seek counsel among his family and town residents. 

Time: Screening twice a day: 12pm & 5pm

The UIC Chicago Latino Film Festival is presented in collaboration with the International Latino Cultural Center of Chicago as they celebrate their 35th Chicago Latino Film Festival. Co-sponsors: UIC Honors College, Latin American Recruitment and Educational Services (LARES) Program, and student organizations Delta Psi Alpha, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), and Union for Puerto Rican Students (UPRS).
