Join us for an open art studio with artist William Estrada and students from Art 201: Democratic Practices in Art Education. Learn how you can take action to support immigrants. We will be screen printing* tote bags with The Mobile Street Art Cart that you will get to personalize.

William Estrada is an educator and community artist and is currently a visiting assistant professor at the School of Art and Art History at UIC. His art and teaching is a collaborative discourse that critically re-examines public and private spaces with people to engage in radical imagination. His current research is focused on developing community based and culturally relevant projects that center power structures.
