Leading the night will be our featured poet: Frank Cerda

Frank Cerda / Huitzi X / Husl One (he/she/they/it) is a 2~spirited Mexika poet, painter, dancer, and organizer from the Southwest side of Chicago. Their deep love for healing by storytelling through art and cultivating community with diverse cultures is what sustains them. A Louder than a Bomb alumni, Huitzi organizes around confronting and unlearning toxic machismo, combating gentrification, indigenous language revitalization and fighting for the rights of sacred medicines.
