Connect and decompress with some tea (or your favorite warm beverage of choice) as we continue to navigate school, work, and life during the pandemic. This session will focus on: Impact of Sleep on Academics

 

Participants will learn about the effects of sleeping habits on students' academic performance and how to improve sleeping habits.
