I’ve gained a deeper understanding from something I’ve dedicated my life, my whole college career to [environmental and climate justice] and I enjoy that I can learn from other people’s experience and then synthesize those things. I like knowing that I’m going to send these things into a larger project that can impact others. I see myself doing this in the future. I feel like I have a new skill.

I have found it interesting that as the pandemic continues, more and more human rights have been at stake. People are facing rampant water shut offs and evictions, which is deadly in a pandemic where washing hands and social distancing is vital to self preservation.
