Earth Week 2018
The Latino Cultural Center celebrated Earth Week at UIC with various programs throughout the week of April 16. On Thursday April 18, Little Village Environmental Justice Organization (LVEJO) community organizers, Nancy Meza and Lilian Molina, joined us for an interactive and informative discussion about environmental justice in Little Village. Participants worked together in groups in a fun team-building activity as a way to introduce the topic.
