We Did It!
The Latino Cultural Center is proud to announce its recent social media win. Our Facebook Page has now over 2,000 LIKES! Thanks to everyone that took the time to share our page on Facebook, and special thanks to our student workers Natalie Cruz and Alonzo Zamarrón for the fabulous shout-out! We are ecstatic and excited about this stepping stone as we hope to take this opportunity to connect to more UIC students and surrounding communities online. We think social media can be a powerful tool to inform others and it’s important to highlight these efforts and turn those likes into action. The LCC hopes to inspire more people to join us, explore, and see how our interests can come together to create change.
