Primary Comics: Use Your Voting Power! – Spring 2018
On March 7, 2018, Vicko Alvarez visited the UIC Latino Cultural Center for a comic workshop as part of the center’s ARTivism program series. Participants were invited to draw comic strips about political issues and bring attention to the upcoming Primary Elections on March 20th.
