This is my favorite mask because it is simple and light, but most importantly because my aunt made it for me. She sent it to me from New Mexico because I told her that I was still working during the pandemic, so she managed to make a lot of them to ship them to me and my family members.
The COVID-19 Masking Project was developed by the UIC Latino Cultural Center (LCC) in partnership with the UIC Asian American Resource and Cultural Center (AARCC) to engage students, faculty, staff, and community members in a creative and meaningful way during the COVID-19 pandemic.
