How can we show solidarity for other people of color?
What does unity and solidarity mean to you?

Unity and solidarity to me means the acceptance, and the tolerance of other points of view. Respect other and accepting out peers.

Stand up for those who can’t, and in standing, raise the whole world a little higher.

We can show solidarity by showing respect for other people. It means to me to be mindful of other people.

Solidarity for other people of color comes from showing love to all kinds of people and treating everyone with love and understanding. Solidarity means/is a way of being. It means everything to me because I am everything to myself and I shall love people like I love myself.

Solidarity means to me that you should be able to understand and show love to other people, because we are all under the same struggle in a different. And we should all support each other, in even the most minor ways, because it will only make us stronger if we support each other’s struggles.

We are all masterpieces but most find blind to our value. If we are only to see how priceless we are we would not accept some of the things that are imposed on us. The question is where do we find our value. We can only find it in our redeemer Jesus Christ.

So many voices, static noises; shut the understanding down and I just wanted that piece of American Pie. But you couldn’t even hear me say please.

I wrote this short piece about an experience I have with an individual who I would say don’t share the same view. Speaking out is something that I need to work on.
